Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate leads.

Inbound Calling:

Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.

Customer Engagement:

Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or services.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Promoting products or services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and documenting feedback in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.

Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on product information and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Possessing excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.

Problem-Solving:

Addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to customer problems.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
