Key Responsibilities
Call participants who have already submitted enquiries
Explain BeastDrive event concept, packages, and benefits clearly
Guide participants on
how to book tickets & complete payment
Answer basic questions and handle objections professionally
Follow up with interested leads till ticket booking is completed
Update call status and lead details in CRM/Excel
Achieve daily & weekly booking targets
Requirements
Good communication skills in English + regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Hindi preferred)
Confident phone etiquette and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus (Freshers can apply)
Interest in adventure, fitness, or events is an added advantage
