Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Initiate direct phone calls to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company.

Prospect Research:

Research potential clients and their needs to personalize the sales pitch.

Product/Service Explanation:

Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of products or services to engage prospects.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

Appointment Setting:

Secure appointments for sales representatives to discuss further opportunities.

CRM Management:

Accurately record all call details, customer information, and outcomes in a CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
