Job Overview:

We are seeking a Cold Calling Executive with strong English communication skills to connect with domestic and international clients. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team through effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential domestic and international clients to introduce company products/services. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team. Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate information. Build rapport with potential clients and handle basic objections confidently. Coordinate with the sales and export teams for lead nurturing and conversion support. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in cold calling / lead generation / telesales (B2B preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English (must be confident and clear). Comfortable in professional conversations with overseas clients. Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Prior experience in export/import or international calling will be an added advantage.
