The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, partners, or leads to schedule meetings for the NAAYA team. This role focuses on consistent follow-ups, maintaining communication pipelines, and ensuring that all prospects move smoothly through the appointment-setting process. The ideal candidate will be organised, clear in communication, and able to build trust quickly while representing NAAYA with professionalism and warmth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi. Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone presence. Basic understanding of lifestyle / home fragrance products (training will be provided). Ability to handle objections politely and convert interest into sales. Strong listening skills and customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and maintain structured follow-ups. Prior telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
