Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

Inbound Calls:

Handling customer calls with inquiries about products or services.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Thoroughly understanding the products or services offered to communicate effectively with customers.

Lead Generation:

Identifying potential customers and building a pipeline of prospects.

Sales Closing:

Persuading customers to make a purchase or sign up for a service.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer concerns, providing information, and resolving issues.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
