Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Provide accurate information regarding male nutraceutical products and guide customers in their purchase decisions.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain call records and follow-up details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
0-1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
Good verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Bengali, Malayalam, Hindi or Arabic (any one or more).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call documentation.
Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to earn through performance-based incentives.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
