to join our Health & Wellness team. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our telehealth services--connecting patients with doctors, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of telehealth services end-to-end
Coordinate with doctors, clinics, and vendors to ensure timely consultations
Monitor appointments, resolve operational issues, and ensure a seamless patient experience
Track service metrics and share regular performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, customer success, product) to improve workflows
Respond to escalations and provide timely resolutions
Support new initiatives and pilots under telehealth
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in healthcare/operations/telehealth coordination
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic dashboards
A problem-solver with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
