Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Share info about our courses, admission, and partner universities. Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. Handle queries professionally and guide prospects with care.
Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service Excellent fluency in English + one regional language Strong communication & interpersonal skills Background in education or EdTech is a plus
