Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents and explain the company's educational products and services.
Handle inbound queries regarding admissions, course details, fees, or career guidance.
Counselling & Guidance:
Assess students' educational needs, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Provide clarity on course curriculum, teaching methodology, and learning outcomes.
Sales & Conversion:
Convince students/parents to enroll in courses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment/ sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Relationship Management:
Build rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Assist enrolled students with onboarding processes.
Reporting & Coordination:
Update CRM systems with student interactions and progress.
Coordinate with the academic or operations team for smooth student onboarding.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills Hindi & English
Persuasive and empathetic counselling ability.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling.
Patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Sales and target-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (preferred in EdTech or education sector).
