Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Provide accurate information about curriculum, schedules, fees, and institute policies.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while addressing queries and concerns.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining the value proposition of the institute.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for admissions and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or customer service (education sector experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Persuasive and confident in handling objections.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
