Location: Noida, Sector 63 - A Block (Near Electronic City)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 6 Months - 1 Year Salary: ₹20,000 - ?22,000 (In-hand) Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Weekly Off) Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Counsellor to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound calling, lead handling, and walk-in conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients Explain course/service details clearly and accurately Convince leads and schedule walk-in appointments Take full ownership of assigned walk-ins and follow-ups Maintain proper records of calls and leads Coordinate with internal teams to ensure conversions Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience as a Tele Counsellor / Telecalle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in handling calls and converting walk-ins Must have own laptop Comfortable working 8-9 hours per day Target-oriented and self-motivated Immediate joiners preferred
