Lead generation:
Identify and generate new sales leads by engaging with potential customers over the phone.
Inbound call handling:
Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
Customer support:
Help customers, address their needs, and handle and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, conversations, and sales data in a customer database.
Follow-up:
Follow up with leads and existing customers to provide new information, confirm details, and nurture relationships.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
