Key Responsibilities
1. Contact potential students and professionals from the leads shared by the sales team.
2. Explain course offerings, benefits, and career outcomes over phone calls.
3. Convince and convert interested leads into confirmed enrollments.
4.Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
6. Answer queries and handle objections in a professional and convincing manner.
7. Coordinate with the field sales team to track lead status and feedback.
8. Provide regular reports on call outcomes, pipeline status, and conversions.
Key Requirements
1. Any graduate (freshers or experienced candidates can apply).
2. 1+ year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling preferred (EdTech experience is a plus).
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
4. Strong result-oriented and target-driven attitude.
5. Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-ups effectively.
6. Comfortable working from the Chennai office (onsite).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹31,110.67 per month
