Job Description

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, specifically tailored to optical fiber and 5G technologies.

Training Delivery:

Conducting training sessions and workshops for individuals learning about 5G network technologies, with a focus on the optical fiber aspects.

Practical Training:

Providing hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in 5G network deployment and maintenance, including optical fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Evaluating trainee performance through practical exams and providing constructive feedback.

Staying Current:

Continuously updating knowledge on the latest advancements in 5G and optical fiber technology to ensure training programs remain relevant.

Technical Support:

Providing guidance and support to trainees during practical sessions, addressing technical questions and challenges.

Collaboration:

Working with other trainers and team members to improve training programs and materials.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Tracking trainee progress, providing feedback, and assessing their readiness for placement in 5G-related roles.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
