At Lantec Engineers Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our engineering team. We are seeking engineers with 2-5 years of experience in RISA-3D and/or other structural analysis software. Candidates must be willing to commit for long term and take up managerial roles as the team expands. This role has the potential to grow at a fast rate.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-motivated individual with a strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail.

Experience with finite-element analysis and component design software. e.g. RISA 3D.

Proficiency in commercial tower analysis software.

Experience with foundation analysis and design software.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Inventor.

Knowledge in analyzing and designing building, industrial, and/or tower structures.

Familiarity with structure mapping and inspection techniques.

Strong work ethic and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with basic programming skills to develop tools (VBA).

Strong technical writing skills with the ability to comprehend technical literature and engineering plans.

Knowledge about Structural retrofit techniques with tower and foundation reinforcement methods.

Committed to producing error free report and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expected to grow at a fast rate and take up managerial roles in a short time. Involves training and mentoring junior engineers.

Conduct designs, computations, and assessments of industrial and telecommunications sectors.

Perform structural analysis and design using manual calculations, commercially available programs, and in-house tools.

Develop in-house tools for analysis, design, calculation, and report automation.

Offer CAD support for the preparation of structural design drawings.

Prepare engineering reports with necessary recommendations.

Review jurisdictional and/or local governing agency requirements for structural analysis, design, and construction.

Meet production deadlines.

Ensure quality assurance and quality control of assigned tasks, as well as conduct peer reviews.

Able to handle high pressure situations and maintain efficiency over long work hours
