Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Manage and fix issues in AV and video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams Room, Cisco Room OS, Appspace, etc. Handle backend systems to ensure smooth performance across thousands of devices. Support virtual and in-person events with setup and live troubleshooting.
Documentation & Logistics
Track and manage AV equipment replacements. Maintain clear records and create guides (runbooks, procedures) for system operations.
