Job Description

The Program Office Manager (Program Manager) is accountable of the overall program governance, working closely with the General Program Manager (BGDM) in the day by day activities and supporting independently the executive reporting of project updates, highlighting key points and strategic plans to keep the program under schedule, budget and quality and summarizing KPI's. Collect and analyze critical data supporting the preventive and corrective actions of the program.


Responsible for the overall program success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance.



Program Governance: Ensuring the program is run according to best practices and governance standards. Collaboration with General Program Manager (BGDM): Working closely with the BGDM to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Executive Reporting: Providing regular updates and summarizing strategic plans and progress to stakeholders. Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing critical data to support decision-making, helping to implement preventive and corrective actions when needed. Customer Satisfaction and Financial Results: Ensuring the program meets external customer expectations while keeping an eye on financial performance. Health & Safety: Managing health and safety aspects of the program, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks. Document Control: Creates and maintains Share Drives and document depository libraries organized per categories, program phases and managing the appropriate access of stakeholders. Responsible of following all Nokia information security rules and regulations. Operational Services Delivery: Ensuring the program delivers the intended services effectively and meets operational goals.

You have:



The Candidate holds a Bachelor of Telecom Engineering degree from reputed institution. Telecom industry-related experience is required. Candidate must have (minimum) 3- 5 years of experience managing overall programs and projects as a responsible PM in telecom Equipment domain. Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to manage relationships with both internal Financial Reporting: Strong skills in generating financial reports and presenting data that can help stakeholders understand the financial health of the program. Executive Reporting: Ability to present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Presentation Skills: Ability to present program performance updates to senior leadership, clients, or other stakeholders.

It would be nice if you also had:



PMP Certification The candidate must learn Nokia's PM Practitioner methodology and the Oceanic/APAC Market MoO that enables her/his to successfully achieve Customer Satisfaction and the implementation of Orders and maintenance contracts within successful criteria. Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines, including ISMS (ISO 27001 program).
