Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission telecommunications systems (wired and wireless networks, and fiber optic systems).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure minimal downtime.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of telecom hardware and software.
Manage and optimize bandwidth utilization, routing, and network traffic.
Integrate telecom systems with IT infrastructure for seamless data and voice transmission.
Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network expansions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
Support security measures for telecommunications systems, including encryption and access control.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in telecom or network engineering (typically 25 years).
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, MPLS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with VoIP, routers, switches, and optical transmission systems.
Knowledge of wireless technologies (4G, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred (Optional):
Have good experience with Nokia Eq. (RAN & MW).
Have a driving license.
