Qualification : BE/B-Tec in Electricals or Diploma in Electronics Or Any Diploma & Telecommunications

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of telecom engineers, providing guidance and support

- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance

- Train and develop site technicians to enhance skills and knowledge

- Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly

- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

-Vendor Management

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electricals/Mechanical or ITI graduate

- 2 years of experience in engineering

- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
