Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
