Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products (health, life, motor, etc.).- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and pricing clearly to customers.- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and field visits as required.- Conduct in-person client meetings/visits to close sales and build trust when needed.- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, client interactions, and sales in CRM systems.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, policy issuance, and postsales support.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in insurance telecalling or insurance sales.- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English required).- Ability to confidently handle both telephonic and face-to-face client interactions.- Good understanding of insurance products and sales cycles.- Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, calling software).- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and visits.Preferred Candidate Profile- Prior experience in BFSI / Insurance sales is mandatory.- Immediate or short notice period preferred.- Based in or willing to work from Gurugram.- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
