Pawzz is a revolutionary animal welfare organization operating in Gurgaon. We raise awareness pertaining to issues related to animals, while simultaneously providing an online platform for animal lovers to volunteer, adopt animals, fund campaigns, and rescue stories, and become a vital part of the movement aiming for the complete eradication of the stigma towards animals in our society. Our mission is to balance out the human-animal ecosystem in the country and ensure that both live in harmony with each other.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with fundraising, business development applicants and convert them.
2. Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager by providing profile analysis of converted leads.
3. Carry out a continuous feedback loop and devise meaningful and actionable insights from the feedback.

Compulsory requirements:
1. Calling a minimum of 50 Applicants every day.
2. Conversion rate of 30% at least.
3. Working for 4-6 hours, 6 days a week.
