About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and respond to customer queries.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
Capture and maintain accurate customer information
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Provide information about promotions, offers, and discounts.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Follow the script provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.
