About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our astrology workshops and courses to potential clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Lead Generation:
1. Contact potential clients from our database and through outbound calls.
2. Qualify leads based on their interest in astrology and our services.
b. Workshop Promotion:
1. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our astrology workshops.
2. Answer client inquiries regarding workshop topics, dates, fees, and other relevant details.
3. Generate interest and excitement for upcoming workshops.
c. Course Sales:
1. Promote and sell our astrology courses to interested clients.
2. Address client concerns and objections effectively.
3. Close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
d. Data Entry and Management:
1. Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and sales in our CRM system.
2. Prepare reports on daily/weekly sales and lead generation activities.
