A Life Insurance Telecalling Work From Home job involves calling potential clients to offer and sell life insurance policies, answer their questions, and help them find suitable coverage. Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling:Make calls to potential customers (leads) to introduce and promote life insurance products and services. Information Dissemination:Explain policy details, benefits, premiums, and terms to clients. Needs Assessment:Understand customers' financial situations and advise on the best life insurance policies to meet their needs. Lead Management:Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into sales or book appointments for further consultation with agents. Sales Targets:Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals set by the company. CRM Maintenance:Accurately record customer interactions, status updates, and other relevant data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Virtual Meetings:Potentially conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to discuss and finalize policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Strong Communication:Excellent verbal communication skills to explain complex insurance products clearly. Persuasion & Influence:Ability to persuade customers and positively influence their decision-making process. Customer Service:Dedication to providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries. Positive Attitude:A positive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer interaction. Tech Savviness:Basic computer skills for using CRM systems and other required tools. Education & Experience:While some positions may require a 12th-grade pass, many roles offer training for freshers. Prior experience in telecalling or sales, especially in insurance, can be an advantage.

Compensation:Salary is often a combination of a fixed amount and uncapped incentives based on sales performance.
