Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.

Inbound Call Handling:

Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through conversations, gathering information, and assessing their needs.

Sales and Conversions:

Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions based on the company's goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their concerns.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, updating customer databases, and preparing reports on call activity and sales progress.

Product Knowledge and Compliance:

Staying updated on product information, company policies, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information and maintain compliance.

Problem Solving and Complaint Resolution:

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and professionally.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.
