Profile-Telecaller Executive

Roles & Responsibilities-

Making outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about educational programs and courses

Handling inbound inquiries and resolving queries related to admissions, fees, and course details

Explaining admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and required documentation

Maintaining and updating student databases with accurate call details and follow-up status

Following up with potential students to encourage enrollment and complete admission formalities

Coordinating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude while communicating with students and parents

Conducting surveys and feedback calls to understand student satisfaction and improvement areas

Staying updated with the latest courses, certifications, and industry trends to provide accurate information

Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies
