Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Allocate leads, monitor call performance, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication and pitching skills.
Maintain call logs, CRM data, and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and ensure lead conversion.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to increase productivity, call quality, and overall team performance.
Recruit and onboard new telecalling executives when required.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the
real estate sector
.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Ability to handle pressure and drive
