Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Telecalling & Team Lead) to lead our telecalling and admissions team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, lead generation, and student enrollment within the EdTech or IT training sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the telecalling and marketing team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies.
Guide the team on effective communication, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with sales and placement teams to align marketing initiatives.
Monitor team performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain CRM records and track student inquiry data.
Conduct reviews, motivate the team, and ensure productivity improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in telecalling/admission/marketing team management.
Experience in the EdTech or IT training industry preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle targets and deadlines.
