Telecalling Support Executive – Hindi (work From Office, Erode)

Job Description

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Telecalling Support Executive to join our team at Erode.

You will be responsible for connecting with banking aspirants who have shown interest in our online courses but have not completed their purchase. Your goal will be to understand their needs, explain our products, and assist them through the purchase process.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Make outgoing calls to potential students and follow up on leads.

Communicate effectively in Hindi (reading and speaking required).

Explain our banking exam preparation courses clearly and persuasively.

Handle objections and convince students to enroll.

Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.

Requirements:



Must be fluent in Hindi (Read, Speak).

Knowledge of Tamil and English is an added advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willing to work from office (Erode location).
