Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote company services and projects.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about Tatva's offerings.
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/marketing team for further action.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image in every interaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Draft follow-up emails and messages to prospective clients when necessary.
Provide regular feedback to the team on customer responses, objections, and trends.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving calling scripts and communication methods.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills in English, Tamil (and Hindi will be an added advantage).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Positive attitude and ability to handle client interactions confidently.
