We are looking for a proactive

Tele Caller Executive

to support our

Real Estate Channel Partner business

. The role involves

lead calling, client coordination

, and

basic digital marketing support

including

Canva-based designs and social media creatives

.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to real estate leads and inquiries Explain property details, offers, and project information clearly to clients Generate and follow up on leads, site visit requests, and customer inquiries Coordinate with sales team and update lead status regularly Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up schedules Design simple creatives using

Canva

for property promotions Create social media posts, banners, and flyers for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Assist in posting and managing basic social media content Support marketing campaigns and promotions as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Tele Caller / Tele Executive

(real estate preferred) Good communication skills in

Tamil & English

(additional languages a plus) Knowledge of

Canva

for creating posters, flyers, and social media designs Basic understanding of

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) Ability to handle customers politely and professionally Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking) Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Experience

Experience in

real estate sales, channel partner, or property marketing

Familiarity with lead generation, site visit coordination, and follow-ups
