Job Responsibilities:



Handle

telecalling

- follow-up with

Indiamart leads

& existing customers Manage

customer chats

(WhatsApp, Indiamart, social media inbox, etc.) Respond to inquiries, share product details, and convert leads into sales Manage and update company

social media accounts

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Assist in basic content posting & engagement activities Coordinate with sales and design team for customer requirements

Required Skills:



Good communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred) Basic knowledge of

social media handling

Confidence in customer interaction & persuasion Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ?8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
