JOB ROLE: Raasta Ludhiana is hiring a Telecalling Sales Girl to handle inquiry calls, manage CRM leads and convert bookings

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Punjabi - as required) Strong telecalling & customer handling skills Experience in

CRM management -- lead entry, follow-ups, pipeline tracking

Lead

generation, nurturing & conversion

Persuasive sales approach with customer relationship building Ability to handle

high call volume

& continuous follow-ups Target-driven and result-oriented approach Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / Email)

Job Requirements

1-3 years of telesales / customer service experience (restaurant / hospitality preferred) Experience with

guest inquiry calls, table booking, party / event booking leads

is an advantage Ability to convince customers for

restaurant bookings / packages / events / promotions, corporate events & celebrations

Should be comfortable making

outbound calls & maintaining CRM leads

Should achieve

monthly conversion targets

Immediate joiner preferred

Variable pay based on performance and achieved monthly targets.

Target-oriented attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
