Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month

Probation Period: 3 Months

We are looking for a smart, confident, and goal-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential clients into customers through excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

Explain company services clearly and professionally.

Maintain and update client databases on a daily basis.

Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize results.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Working Hours: 8-Hour Rotational Shift

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Smart, confident, and good at convincing people.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Freshers with strong comunication skills are welcome to apply.

Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
