Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our sales team as Telecalling Executives. If you enjoy talking to people and have a persuasive attitude, this is a great opportunity to build your career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database. Share details about our products/services clearly and confidently. Handle inquiries and build interest among potential customers. Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM. Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Requirements:

Freshers are welcome - no prior experience required. Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer.
