Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database
Clearly explain various insurance and their benefits
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions
Handle queries and objections professionally with confidence and empathy
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead status
Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closures
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Confident, soft-spoken, and persuasive communicator
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-ups
Minimum qualification: Graduate
