Calls related to room reservations, inquiries, and confirmations.
Provide detailed information about room categories, rates, packages, facilities, and promotions.
Assist guests in modifying, canceling, or reconfirming reservations as per hotel policies.
Upsell higher room categories, meal plans, and special packages to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations in the system.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue team for smooth reservation handling.
Follow up on pending inquiries, leads, and provisional bookings.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets assigned by the management.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in
telecalling, reservations, or customer service
Strong communication skills
Good convincing, negotiation, and upselling ability.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS/Reservation software knowledge preferred).
Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
