The role involves engaging with customers over calls and ensuring high conversion and collection rates.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers for collections or sales.- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.- Meet daily and monthly targets.- Provide excellent customer interaction and service.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.Experience: Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience are welcome.Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: - 17,000 In-Hand | - 30,000 CTCPerks: Free Pick & Drop facility from Koparkhairane Station to Office and back.Selection Process:Face-to-Face Interview (ref:updazz.com)
