Overview:

Tracona Solutions is looking for a confident, smart, serious and long term committed individual for handling the End to End Recruitment job of our clients.

He/ She needs to handle this whole process individually with less supervision. Going forward they would be also handling other HR consulting projects and staff trainings too.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and shortlisting the candidates Able to communicate well and get the relevant details for further process Update the daily reports. Prepare documents relevant to hiring and follow ups to be done accordingly Follow up on payments Need to handle other admin works as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or MBA-HR Preferable Good communication and convincing skills Bold and Confident Be assertive and attention to detail Willing to learn and take new initiatives Need to work with less supervision Experience with MS office and systems

Note:

Probation of 3 months. Post 3 months salary hike based upon performance Incentives applicable after 1 month Timings- 9.30-6.00pm(Mon-Sat) Willing to travel or relocate before joining Company sim would be provided. Candidates need to have their own phone and laptop for work
