Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound telephonic calls to potential job candidates from provided databases or sourced leads. Understand the job requirements and explain the job roles clearly to candidates. Screen candidates over the phone based on their qualification, experience, and interest level. Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups in the Applicant Tracking System . Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and the hiring managers or recruitment team. Follow up with candidates regularly for status updates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Build a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Provide regular reports to the recruitment manager regarding the number of calls made, candidates screened, interviews scheduled, and other key metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

? Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication skills. Strong telephonic persuasion and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, word). Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR coordination is a plus. Target-driven, persistent, and result-oriented approach. Good time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
