Telecallers

) to join our dynamic team.

This is not a traditional HR role--it is a conversion-driven, target-oriented role in which you'll connect with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided leads. Explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and visa procedures clearly. Build a strong rapport and handle queries professionally. Convince and convert interested candidates into registrations and closures. Maintain accurate records of calls and regular follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months

of experience in

overseas recruitment

consultancy (Mandatory). Fluent in

Malayalam

and

English

. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Target-focused, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Immediate

joiners

preferred. Both males and females with the required experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
