Objectives of this role

Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers

Responsibilities

Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling Report the analysis and observation to the team lead Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Required skills and qualifications

Fresher Bachelor's degree or high school diploma Both Female & Male Candidates are invited
