The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, fix appointments, or promote products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain the company's products or services and their benefits clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or collect feedback as required.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional language if needed).
Confidence and clarity over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred
