Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about immigration services and programs. Address inbound inquiries from potential clients regarding immigration processes, visa applications, and related services Identify potential clients through research and database leads. Provide accurate and clear information on visa categories, application processes, fees, and timelines. Guide clients on eligibility criteria for various immigration programs (e.g., study visas, work permits, PR, etc.). Assist clients with basic documentation requirements over the phone and schedule detailed consultations with immigration experts when needed. Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction. Handle complaints or issues with a professional and problem-solving approach. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets as defined by the management. Contribute to the team's overall success by achieving individual KPIs.
