Job Description

Telecaller, also known as a Telemarketer or Phone Agent, is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products, services, or gather information. They act as the voice of a company, interacting with customers to build relationships, resolve issues, and potentially drive sales. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Making calls to potential and existing customers to explain products or services, generate leads, and promote sales.

Inbound Calls:

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing support via phone.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.

Sales and Conversions:

Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer records, and following up with leads and existing customers.

Complaint Resolution:

Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Achieving Targets:

Meeting daily or weekly call targets and contributing to team performance.

Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on product features, benefits, and company policies.

Pay: ₹9,085.44 - ₹27,311.47 per month
