About part time job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact customers via phone to verify and confirm their orders
2. Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions
3. Provide accurate information regarding order details, payment options, and delivery schedules
4. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and order details in the database
6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any issues related to customer orders
7. Document and update customer interactions and order statuses in the CRM system
8. Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer information and order-related data
