Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Inform Customers About The Company\'s Products/Services And Offers
Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
Identify Customer\'s Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service
Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required
Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company.
Contacting Existing Customers As Well As Prospective Customers Using Scripts.
Obtaining Customer Information And Other Relevant Data.
Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specifications.
Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services.
Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals.
Maintaining The Database Of Customers On A Regular Basis.
Suggest Solutions Based On Customers\' Needs And Requirements.
Pitch to the parents to take the Demo Classes

REQUIREMENTS:

Are from Bhilai or neighboring cities
1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Fluent in English
