Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records
Maintain positive relations with customers and resolve queries
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Polite, confident, and target-driven
Quick learner with a persuasive tone
Ability to handle rejection and keep calling
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus
Fresher with good communication skills are welcome
